It an affiliate program you have to register for free and you automatically access to a referral link and you just have to put this link everywhere on the web and when someone click on the link you get 0.03 cents and if the person sign up you get Someone use this site ??? Payments or no ???

I think you are asking for income-web.com? I think this is scam. Because there are reported payments for 2009, but domain name was registered in Feb 2010.

Yes It's True and i contact the site by email and they never send me back any respond but i will continue till I Have the minimum payout of 100 I'm close I have 50.43 :)
