Anyone heard of sqipcom.com ? a messenger like skype pays for chatting

Hello, I have come across a website today call sqipcom. It says that it is a chatting messenger with features better than skype. will be launched end of march. and say that they would pay every time their messenger launched. 0.05$ everytime. But you don't get money for chatting? You only get money for signing in? I may be interested, but I need to hear some important things first... Happy myLotting
