SMS - Corporate / Massive Messaging

Hello,
Do you know any services where you can send messages in a corporate level?
Like how they do those that spam free ringtones and stuff - surely, they don't use a normal phone for that. We send text messages by the thousands and it would be VERY costly if you go with the traditional cellphone way.
Is there any other way for this? I think it goes through some centralized JAVA-scripted messaging center of sorts - any ideas?

Yes there is a company that does provide a program to do this
I was able to read it in Entrepreneur Magazine.
I'll search for it.
Basically you send a .csv file to them of your contacts and they combine it with a large database of .csv files which then open your product up to a new market
This is then sent through email and text messaging.
A simple form of this program is in Nokia PC suite where you can send messages while your phone is connected to your PC
