Be Nice to Build a Time Bank...

Today when I browsed the website,a software popping up a Web Ad saying the newest glossary appeared in the English-speaking countries. Time Bank,I don't care its literal meaning. What I think is a bank in which we can deposit or withdraw time. I mean how is it nice to deposit the happy or sad times or pressure etc. We can't remember everything clearly, if we save the time into the bank, the bank can keep it fresh for us, we withdraw happy times when we suffer sorrow. We can also put the first love into the bank, which is so unforgettable memory. I know that's just some fantasy, but it's really nice to build such a bank, do u agree with me?
