we usually do not appreciate the present day given to us by God because of the materialistic things we are bounded with..sometimes we tink too much of negative bcoz of the problems we are facing..its a human tendency

Yeah, you're right because we are more focus on getting material possessions especially money, that's why it's hard for us to live the present and count our blessings. Our mind and heart were occupied with the things we don't have, the things we longed to have in the future. We fail to recognized and appreciate the time that's given to us and that is the present. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy the rest of the weekends!

The only solution I think is to enrich spiritual aspects in our life. So we able to clear our mind and see the truth and reality in life. Being able to love God above all things in this world will makes us feel better. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

I think what makes us to live by the present is because of the things that we have in mind that burdens us just like the problems that we face, the failures that we have gone , the worries that we have or the past that we cannot forget. Its bugging us everyday that we cannot see the beauty of a new day and the hope that it brings. :)

Yeah, problems, worries and anxiety always cloud our days. That makes us feel bad even though we have lots of blessings and good things we have in life. Being able to see the great things that's bestow to us makes us feel happy and grateful no matter what problems comes in our life. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy the rest of the weekends!

I think we're having a hard time living in the present and looking forward into the future because we're still being held back by our past. If we'll only look and focus our eyes on Jesus then nothing's impossible, and we'll learn that TODAY is a gift.. That's why it's called 'PRESENT'. ^_^

Yeah, that's one thing as well, we often look back and live the past, we have regret and we can't seem to let go of it. We often wonder what would be it be like IF we those things and that. We fail to recognize and appreciate the present. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy the rest of the weekends!

For me at the moment, I am in a financial rut but hopefully soon I will be out of my commitment on something very important. I have to live within my means and will never do what I did last year. I have to stick to whatever I have. And also, it is definitely harder to live without making God the center of everything.

Yeah, its definitely hard to live our life without God as the center of it because we often lose strength and courage to keep on moving and never given up against life's troubles and pain. Being God as the center, we will always get through and never get tired. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy the rest of the weekends!

It's because we always lurk in the past. We think of those things we should have done instead of thinking about things we can do today and in the future. I'm also like this, i get lost in my past for hours and it makes me unproductive. But i try to change it by planning my day all over.

Well you're right, that's also the reason why it makes hard for us to live the present. We regret of the things we did on the past and we can turn it back. The "what if's" always occupied our mind. That's what I also did sometimes, especially when I make stupid mistakes and felt so foolish. But anyway, the most important thing is we learn little by little to let go and try our best to live the present. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy the rest of the weekends!
