I agree with you that Microworkers is a very good site . I have come across some sites which are like Microworkers and have joined them but the work is less over there so it will take time to reach the payout . there are two places I know that are like this. One of them is amazon's Mturk but they only either pay with amazon giftcards or direct deposit to your bank account. The Second place is called Cloudcrowd. They pay through paypal but there isn't always a lot of jobs. Hope this helps you.
