Hi to everyone I'm an Italian who loves cook.
From today I will give way to my personal Cooking address book. Every day I'll publish a traditional Italian recipe. If you have any advice please ask. I am happy to give you all the explanations that you want.
If you enjoy any particular recipe ask me and I you reply.
Today we start with the dish easier to prepare: Spaghetti with tomato sauce
SAUCE: Place in a pan two tablespoons of olive oil and preheat, put a clove of garlic and sauté, add 4 tomatoes washed and chopped, add salt and let cook for 15 minutes, When the sauce is ready add 3 fresh basil leaves.
SPAGHTTI: Boil the water and put the spaghetti, remember that the secret to good pasta is cooking. Follow the meal cooking on the package not a minute more.
Then drain the pasta well and add it to sauce, stirring gently. Put in pot and add if you like, Parmesan or pepper.
Enjoy your meal.

Hi carmencar..Hope you get this before Mylot deletes the discussion..UNFORTUNATELY, they don't allow the posting of recipes as topics of discussion..I know, I wish they did also as I am a chef and would love to share with everyone too..However, I'm going to request you as a friend and then you can pm me some stuff and i'd be happy to share with you..That is the only way it can be done..Great idea,,I wish they would change their views on this. See user guide lines if you have a question about it..j
