Do you know that you don't have to spend big money to achieve beautiful skin you want? I have read in an article that there's a lower-priced yet healthier alternative that does just as well, maybe even better than the creams you are using.
Here are some foods to help you get that beautiful blooming skin.
LOW-FAT YOGURT. This creamy snack is pack with vitamin A that takes care of skin's health. Aside from promoting good visions, vitamin A also promotes cell growth and repairs damaged skin.
ORANGES. Another beautifying benefit you get in eating vitamin c-rich fruits is to keep sagging skin, fine lines and wrinkle free. Vitamin C is for the production of collagen, a type of protein that keeps the skin strong and flexible.
BERRIES. They said black, blue and red variety ranks the highest source of anti oxidants. Which we all know that is good for the body to prevent skin dryness and wrinkles.
WHOLE WHEAT CEREALS. Eating whole-wheat cereals for breakfast is a good way to get your supply of selenium, a minerals that works with vitamins A and C to fight free radicals.
GREEN TEA. This variety has the highest amount of skin-loving Epigallocatechin-3-gallate. It is compound that prevents inflammation. Taking green tea helps protect the skin from sun damage. Another reason to love green tea is L-theanine, an amino acid that has calming and soothing effect in the body. Stress causes breakouts and makes your skin's age faster. It is one of your skin's greatest enemy. So the less stress you have, the younger skin you will be.
Remember that you are what you eat. When you take in nutritious food that nourishes your body, that healthy glow will show on your skin too.
