where do we really find true friends?

I thought the friends I had in high school were going to be life long friends. I found out different when we either went to college or got married or whatever it was that we each did with our lives. I have had friends throughout my life that come and go. When it was convenient for them they were around. I found that when I needed them they were not always there. Now I know everyone has a life of their own and cannot be at your side every minute of the day a true friend should always try when somethng had happened or changed in some way that you need to talk or go out. It doesn't always have to be a problem it can be anything good or bad that you need your friend for they should always do everything to be there for you. It took me 43 years to find two true friends that I can count on no matter what and they can count on me. Good or bad they should be there when it is possible.

well for me true friends can be found everywhere, it just a matter of how they interact to you and how they support you specially in the middle of your problems. For me true friends always stick together and understand each other although sometimes it cannot be avoided that there are misunderstanding but it can be solved immediately!!

hi lienrose, I think we can find true friends anywhere as long as we had a good communication with them.But, first how do we say that a person is your real friend? Actually, the process of making friends is not that easy, there are lots of factors that we should consider for us to build a healthy relationship with them. Who are the persons do we consider as true friend? They are the ones that we used to lean on either in good times or bad times. Further, they are the ones who were ready to lift us up when we are almost down. In a nutshell, we can find true friends everywhere, all we have to do is to open our eyes, mind and heart to see them.

i used to think that real friends are those who are there when you are in a lot of trouble... then i read a book that said otherwise.... it said that those friends who are always around when you have problems are not really your friend.... they're there, thankful that they are not the one suffering the problem you are facing...it said that real friends are those who are always there during your success.. those who can genuinely be happy and proud of your achievements... i'm just not that sure where you meet them exactly, but i think they're just everywhere... i guess it doesnt matter where we meet them... ^_^

**At the mniddle of our problems! It doesnt depend on the location where you met your friends. There are times that you're lonely, full of struggles but true friends are there to support, cheer you up. But not to add more problems to you. In short, good or bad times your friends are there for you.

You can find true friend unexpectedly.In my own experience i found my true friend online.She's a girl and we just feel that we are god's gift to each other. I feel that deep in my heart that she's a true friend to me because she shared to me her problems and that she was asking for my advise.

I think there is no age or place to find new and real friends. We can get good and trusted friendship in childhood even in schools and even in other places.

Friends are many but we cannot find true friend easily. It is a treasure. Ans when you found it we need to handle it with care. We can find it in many situations but the most is in the middle of our problems. When the times that we need help, when we are hopeless and nothing to go where. As a person it's very rare but still you can treasure one among them. But i tell you there is only one true friend and He is Jesus.

True friends are out there everywhere. It is for you to discover who they are. Sometimes true friends don't actually seem to be true but in reality despite their bad side they are true to you because thaey are concern and is loving you secretly. Try to embrace every people that comes your way and be sure to appreciate every liitle things they bring.

The ones that try to comfort you when you're feeling bad, instead of staying away when you're acting weird is probably a true friend. I don't believe that the location matters, because people go to all types of places.
