friends helped me to lose weight...

Even if i`m a man, i need to mentain myself, and for that i need a little sport . So, my friends helped me a lot . We went for jogging, and in the first day , we made 10 km but sure, with some pauses, because it`s hard from the begining to do so much . Time was plying so fast, because we even didn`t noticed when 3 hours already passed . But it was fun . We met some other friends, and it was nice . How about you ? Do you go jogging with your friends ?

I jogged with friends too. It is more enjoyable if you are many together jogging it is fun. I am happy that your friend encourage and support you on losing weight, you are very lucky. He will get benefits too, while he is helping you he is loosing weight to isn't it? I do not jog alone, i have to have a company either two or three to jog with me to make it more fun and to last it more longer hours.

Last year,i and my friends often went out running.But it is really hard to persist on it.After a long time,we did not go out running any more.

Great stamina, Delkar. 10 km is sure is far. I might not be able to finish 5 km. I have a problem with my weight also. They just tell me to eat in moderation and move around a lot to burn calories. Since you love jogging, try doing it often. Good luck!

Friends are great for motivation and support. Most things are much easier to do and accomplish with someone else and especially good friends. Glad to hear that you did this. I go for runs with friends sometimes to. It is fun and good for us. Running makes you feel good about yourself. Keep running. :)

Hello delkar. Its so good to know you care about maintaining your self healthy and in good shape. Its not supposed to be a issue only for women, everybody needs to take care of their health. I think it is always better when you have friends, they encourage you when you are not in the mood and are a great help. I go exercising with my friends at night, we go to make aerobics on weekdays and dance lessons on weekends. My husband goes jogging every morning with his friends, I think that's the best way for us not to give up! Have a nice day, Libna.
