working quickly and rising making mistakes or working slowly

I would rather work efficiently and effectively rather than making it a speed contest. The quality of the work is more important rather than if it was done at the soonest possible time. Fast work could be a good trait but if it doesnt have good content then its useless so the person would have to redo it all over again. I would take my time in doing what I need to do as long as I am sure that I am doing the right thing and doing it right. That's just me anyways.^_^
