What should I do if I see a post that violates the ToS? Should I contact the MyLot team directly or flag the conversation?

You just need to report the abuse (!). It will be deleted right away if a lot of mylotters are reporting the violated discussion. Well, I'm one of those unfortunate ones whose discussion has been deleted.LOL. It was a stupid mistake. I totally forgot that promoting a channel/site is strictly not allowed. I promoted my youtube channel.LOL. I then wondered why no one has ever responded to my discussion. I was looking forward to hear praises and/or encouragement from mylotters. But, then a few minutes later, I received a notification that my discussion was deleted.LOL.

Discussions are deleted with even no reports from users. We can help out by reporting but myLot themselves are aware of our discussions and remove those which are violations with or without reports.

You can use the (!) beside the post to report it to myLot.
If you feel like leaving a comment for the user and directing them to the Guidelines then you can also do so.
