How Do You Spend Time With A Long Lost Friend?

That is awesome that you got a visit from your friend from high school. When I have the opportunity to spend time with a friend that I don't get to see on a regular basis, we typically plan to do something where we are able to catch up with each other in an environment that is very child friendly. The reason for this is that the friend that I am talking about is a mother and I am too. She has five children and I have two so it would be impossible to catch up with each other if we weren't in a child friendly environment.

It really depends on the friend's likes and dislikes, as well as your own. The best thing to do in a situation like yours is let nature take its course and go with the flow. I'm sure once you get together you'll find something to do which will please both of you and make your time together memorable. I recently found out my neighbor from my childhood years in NJ is now a very short distance from me in Pa. Basically we are neighbors again, the funny thing is we never really hung out together back then, and except for a get together on Superbowl Sunday, we have not done anything else except connect on Facebook. We are planning on some get togethers when the weather gets nicer, maybe do some barbequing or having a picnic in the park.

well , my long lost school mate came back after more than 2 decades away. she was here for a month and her schedule were very packed. my other classmates and i were able to meet up with her for half a day. we met at her brother in laws house from breakfast till lunch. most of the time were spent talking about our school life and filling up the gaps till the current time. then we left. it will be a long while for her to come back again. we will keep in touch with e mail, hopefully.
