I hadn't noticed this until you pointed it out, Phoenix, but now that I tried it you are right that it is not working. I do think that it is something that should be reported, since nobody will get credit for rating today until it gets fixed.

yeah, i have noticed it, because I like to rate all the people that respond to my discussions, and there was no chance that I can't noticed it :)

I have never started a discussion. So I've never had to rate anyone. I didn't really even realize there was a rating system till someone started a discussion about it. My number never seems to go up or down, so maybe everyone doesn't do it. It takes a lot of time sometimes to respond to discussions and it is nice to know that some people appreciate the effort.@mysdianait (66009)

You can rate anything and everything regardless of whether you start a discussion. You can rate the responses and comments that you read without even responding.
If you rate others in the same way that you would want them to rate you, then yuo might see your star move up too

hell0! well, not all :) i rate you every time you respond to my discussions and also i rate the people, to which discussions I respond to and you can make the same thing

yeah Mysdianait, you are right- if we want to move up, we must also try to give something to the others and not just waiting :)

hi phoenix you probably have reached the new mylot limit of 11 ratings per person per 24 hours, then you can no longer rate that person until the next 24 hour period. I think I have not explained this nearly as well as my friend the Lamb,but this was a newer rule to stop the trolls from minusing innocent people with 10 or 9 star down to a low number in just over night. anyway I believe that is what happened,you used up your11 pluses. I am so glad to see some of us are really ratings our fellow

hell0 HAtley! nope, i haven't reached it, because there are some users that i have tried to rate for the very first time and it doesn't work.Mysdianait also has the same problem :(
btw yes, i rate all the people who take part in my discussions- that's why we are here to support our friends and the others too hope many do the same thing

You are right. I kinda thought maybe it might be broken, but shrugged it off, thinking, well, maybe I had already rated them 11 times today. But when I tried to rate as I read a couple of responses in this discussion, and I purposely refreshed the page, and POOF! None of what I rated took. Even people I have never seen nor rated before.
So, yeah, the ratings are broken today.
I'm sure Alice will have it fixed though.

No,I have never met this problem.Maybe,your browser or computer have some trouble.so,first,I suggest you can give your computer a virus scan and make sure the computer have no virus .And then ,you can change a browser.

that is a good question. i am not too sure how to make that work. i think it might take a certain amount of time until the rating system goes up for the persons stats. but i am not too sure i could be wrong.
