With what is happening nowadays especially concerning about our mother earth, national geographic has featured for a week about 2012. Catastrophe like typhoons, floods, fire, earthquake,and famine to name a few are happening and still continue to arise. It does not choose who will be affected on these. It is for everybody either rich or poor, young and old, rich and under developed countries. Only God knows when it will happen. With this episode for a week it delivers an important message for all of us through television as another medium of communication that we have to be aware on our environment. That together hand in hand we will be united what we can best do for our mother earth. For me, I maintained my habit of not throwing garbage anywhere or proper disposal of garbage, turning off unnecessary lights to conserve electricity. Then, I also joined earth hour. There are other ways that we already did and I would like to open up this discussion for you also to share what we can for our mother earth. We have to get ourselves ready not because 2012 is near (only God knows when it will happen) but it's for all of us who will benefit from this. Save the earth and save lives.
