Keep others waiting! Do you often do that?

Hi, friend. There are many people out there who really have no time consciousness and like to keep others waiting for them for a long time regardless of what their real problem is. Personally, i'm sick of such people. They seem to feel that they have the right to keep others waiting and care not a bit of others' time. As the pace of life is fast in modern society, everyone values much about time. Being kept waiting is completely a waste of precious time. But some people just enjoy doing that. For me, i seldom keep others waiting unless i really have something else to deal with at that point of time. But i always call them first to let them know the reason for fear that some misunderstandings may arise. What's your idea on this? How do you deal with the sitation when you have to keep others waiting for some time? Hope to hear from you soon.

so true chen... it's really irritating when they keep you waiting especially when they are the ones asking for a favor from you...
I've always been in that kind of situation and i remember those people who does that to me for revenge.. LOL... well, whenever that happens, i tend not to meet with that person again.. if it's a friend, i tell her my complaints... sometimes, if it's family who keeps me waiting... i let it pass... but its still really irritating...

Exactly. It's really irritating to be kept waiting. If someone did that to me, i need an apology as well as an explanation afterwards. If he/she had something urgent to deal with at that right, i'll just let it go. But if he/she did that to me on purpose, i'll tell him/her frankly that i don't want to keep in contact with someone showing no concern for others' time. Thanks for sharing. Have a nice day!
