Bux.gs is a scam site

It seems that bux.gs which was earlier considered to be one of the few genuine sites has turned out to be a scam. I was nearing my payout and has accumulated a total of 8.97 dollars, today found that my account got deleted and that too without informing me. It may be a new way of not making the payments to the users.

Why should it be a scam? Their TOS says:
"We have the right to suspend or terminate your account if you break the Terms of Service or for any other reasonable reason not included in our ToS, without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be banned without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we may not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason."
90% of people who claim sites to be scam can be shown to have violated the Terms of Service.

As far as my knowledge is concerned, I did not violate any of their TOS. And anyways why should they terminate my account when I was only 0.03 dollars away from my payout, why not earlier?

Most of these sites log activity and use software to flag irregularities. They usually only manually check up on irregularities when someone requests payment or when an account is flagged as approaching payment. This is one reason for the built in payment delays many sites have.
If you have an issue with your account and think that it was terminated unfairly, the proper thing to do is to contact the administrator before shouting "scam" all over the Internet. What Josechukkiri says is much better evidence that the site may be having financial problems than yours.

So sad to hear that news coming from you. I am also member of bux.gs but i began to be inactive because of too low earning oppotunity from that site. It's always good to start fresh, look for another income earning site.

I didn't join bux.gs and I was actually going to join since I heard that it's legit but then I saw this discussion. Thanks for the infos.
