Puppy suffers when passing out?

I have 3 months old puppy pom. He always behaves strange at time of passing out. He can urinate normally, but when it comes for it to pass, he becomes restless and makes sounds and behaves strange. This is third day, he was doing the same, am worried does he have any problem..?

I presume you mean by passing out you mean to go for a poop? If he is struggling and he is only this young he may have worms - he should be still getting wormed regularly anyway still but, if it persists I would get the vet to have a quick check over him! x
