Hello everybody :) This is my second entry to myLOT. I will be sharing ways on how to control your weight. These are ways I read from health magazines. I hope it could help you :)

Thanks for the info ;) you should add the thought of doing daily exercises too it helps alot to trim down your body lose fats and be healthy. Like you can also try exercising and then try one from the list that you just gave us. Im thinking maybe it will have a double effect or something for faster results ;)

That is very true , but i think you miss out one very important point which is execise yea .
