hidden object games addicting or not?

I'm totally into hidden object games.
I'm glad they are also making them for the mac.Not all are available for mac but i also have a windows laptop.
Anyways i find them self pretty addicting.I won't play them all day long but i can spend hours playing such games.
I really would like to hear about others playing these games.
Or do you play other games?
Please share your interests.

I don't think that it is addictive because they only last the most 3 hours to complete the whole game .

true a lot are completed within a couple of hours.However there was one game which took me a whole day and i had to spread it over a couple of days.
