My whole concern is the less memory on my system,so i need lightest antivirus and i am happy with Avira free edition but it is making trouble while updating so i think if i use both firewall and antivirus from Avira could be better performance instead of different firewall like comodo with Avira Av which i am using now.....?

Honestly, i didnt tried avira anti virus. i know nod32 is light AV also. if you really concern about the memory, dont install AV, but make it sure, you are familiar about the virus. You can also use deepfreeze.
Have a nice day!!!

Whatever anti virus you would use I'm sure that the normal user, who is not a computer Savvy would not be sure of what is protection or what is Virus. People does realize only when there is an issue with virus on their computer. Id prefer macafee instead of any other as it provides you everything that would keep updated the user about what are the uses of keeping the protection. Although comcast has moved to norton 360 im happy being with the internet security macafee. Some AV like avast or bit-defender would also delete some of the drivers of your computer without your knowledge but macafee doesn't it asks for what to do with the problem and does provide wifi support to users at the point of risk.

I'm also using Avira free and CIS firewall. Since a few months I have times to times problems with Avira updates, because their server is reaching saturation point. They probably use another server for Premium and Premium Security, so I think you will get more comfortable updates. I tested Premium freely during three months two years ago, when their server was better, so I can't say. The email scanner was a must, but it has no firewall (it is only available with Premium Security). Perhaps can you try Premium to see if you have less troubles with updates before upgrading to Premium Security. If you don't find a link for a free trial, I can give you a link for a free one month Premium trial.
