What are the Principals of Good Customer Service?

I go to Copy.com to get my copying done for my newspaper and the service from the weekend to during the week is light night and day. During the week the week the staff is gregarious and friendly and very accomdating. They will bring my test copy over to me if Im working at the computer, they will fold and bookatize my copies without my asking.
They always smiling and accomaditing even when I am not in the best mood. Theyre service is great.
But on the weekend the service is the polar opposite. They are tense and rigid. It I make copies they will not bring a test copy to me, I have to come get it. They never fold and and bookatize my issues and there is a general feel they dont like me or want me there.
I had an issue with a yuoung lady there and she felt I was rude which I disagree with. I maybe was not in the mood to be pleasant and cherry but I was not rude.
Also I have had a business like relationship with everyone during the week and have gotten along very well but with this particular person and on her shift, the weekend it seems there is a tension.
I original got a dsicount price there because of the volume and frequency I make copies there however this issue make me double think about whether I wish to spend my money there.
What do you think should I continue to go there or should I change? What are some other places that have bad customer service?
