what you can do to save mother earth?

I participated as well by switching my light off except for the electric fan because I would be unbearable to stay for an hour without it. I am just a bit disappointed with my neighbors that seemed to not mind at all. I think that they could have stop using the light for just an hour for them to at least help save themselves on electricity but unfortunately they were not keen on joining.

hello rosey19. I didn't participate on the earth hour because i was sleeping, lol. Anyway, i am helping mother earth and still helping by recycling stuff and planting trees. I already planted 3 trees and i hope they would survive. Planting trees is the best thing I could do, i guess. So plant trees as well. :)

Saving natural things is like saving mother, natural things are lakes, mountains, forests, rivers etc.... I buy Eco friendly things and organically grown things, which saves our mother earth to some extent.

What can we do to save mother earth? A very nice question. Each one of us no matter how simple or small can contribute save mother earth. First of all keep pur surroundings clean. Recycle, reuse , to get rid of garbage. Being a mother in our house , I compost from the scales of the fish, to vegetables, meet and etc., outside the house I have big pots, their I do the decomposing. And you know, it really helps to lessen the garbage and the soil, they are fertile. In my garden , I plant vegetables for my family. Nothing is wasted. The plastic, I got an idea in the internet, how tpo recycle the plastics, you know I was able to crochet a bag out of plastic which can be use in supermarket. It's nice. You know one of the worst invention of the 20th century is plastic. We have to go back to "BAYONG" to conserve our energy. We have to plant more trees, to preserve our enviroment. I turned off the appliances that i don't use and I plant trees. If I had a chance to change one thing in this world, I will change ozone layer. so the global warming will stop.
