Is being pro-nazi or pro-fascist not a disgrace anymore?

Last two years or so i encountered many expressions of nazism or fascism in newspapers and especially on the internet. Also, nazi-tattoed-Jesse-James's-lover who uses Nazi symbols openly or that Taylor "JH" Swift (the photo with Nazi-fascinated AJ Tweets practically didn't harm her public relations) prove that the public opinion is not so disgusted with using nazi or fascist symbols and "coming-out" by people who openly sympathize with these ideologies. For me it is unbelievable how easily people can forget what those symbols are associated with, and I'm not saying only homicide. What do you think?
