I think that is everyones own choice. I mean, one thinks it is a sin. Others think it is like making a temple look nicer.
You hang paintings in a temple, there are decorations. Why not a tattoo?
I mean, what is wrong with decoration? Like everything in this world, too much would not look nice. But then again, everyones own choice.
Take care, have a nice day.

I do not believe that a tattoo is a sin. "Treat your body like a temple" could mean different things to different people. It could mean that they are decorating their temple/body with images that remind them of things in their life that are important to them. It could also mean that one should keep their body healthy and pure with no tats. Alot of what's in the Bible can be interpreted differently. That doesn't mean I'm saying to go graffiti a church, a church isn't your property to tattoo or tag, but your own human body is your own temple to decorate how you please. Again, I do not believe tats are a sin, I believe we get this one body (maybe more later), but THIS particular body is like an open canvas to decorate with symbols of one's soul.
