Is Manny Pacquiao the best Fighter ever?

I wonder if many of my lot members believe Manny Pacquiao is the best Boxer/Fighter of all time. Is he really to be considered to be among the best? or Is he just overhyped? I personally think he is just a beast. With great skills and unbelievable power and great foot work. I think he would demolished Floyd Mayweather if they ever fight. It is just too bad he is being accused of using PED or HGH because it really tarnished his accomplishments for no reason at all.
do you think he is using drugs to win his fights?

Of course Kanding..I'm a huge fan of Manny in terms of boxing..You see he fought the best fighters in the world and he totally nailed them all! I don't know where he got that strength and power whenever he's in the ring. No doubt, he's one hell of a boxer. He deserve to be called the Best Boxer of all time and he's so unbelievable!!

He might not be the best fighter of all time, but as of the moment i can consider him one of the best. Why? well having seven different crowns all at the same time is really something.No boxer ever had that kind of achievement yet, not even floyd mayweather.In order for you to at least have those crowns you have to have the guts and determination and in this case i believe manny have those qualities with him. Yes his one of the best but not yet the best of the best ;)

Its depend on weight category. I think pacman can't beat mayweather in 147 pounds.
But if they fight on 144 pounds. Then pacman wins. Its only 3 pound different and who cares right? 3 pounds make a lot of difference in boxing. Let see if what wait will they fight. But if they fight on 147 pounds then pacman must prepare himself of 165 lbs mayweather.

I think Manny Pacquiao is the best Boxer/Fighter of all time because he break records of boxing history. Seven World boxing title means Manny Pacquiao is something to look for in a fight because no asian boxer have ever been succeed. All fights have it's own rules and regulation, Floyd Mayweather wants an olympic style of boxing w/c is why he will dictate the rules when there is a govern body. What's the hect of fighting Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiao already got break the record many times so what's is my Mayweather point, who is the best?

Well, in an obvious manner - he is the best. He outgrew his past mistakes (Especially when he lost before as Technical KO) - and with every given fight, he's shown Ring Dominance - I mean, this isn't some defensive-run-and-hit fighting style like Clottey and Mayweather - he's shown Endurance, prowess, power, and speed in the ring. Especially the last part - Speed. I mean, last fight he did was 1,200 punches over Clottey's 300 - that's a LOT of punches - like 100 per round.
So yeah, and if one thinks otherwise, well - he can always pick a fight with him - i think he's aight with that. :)

I don't really care about Mayweather...
I think that Pacquiao is really great and a very nice person. He donates to charity, a religious person and not very boastful. I think that he is ONE OF THE BEST FIGHTERS. I can't say that he is the very best since there is still a possibility that he could be defeated. Still, I am very proud of what his accomplishments and for the honor he has given for our country.
