Since I was a child, it has been natural on my part asking and asking lots of questions that crosses my mind. They call me smart since at a very young age I was very curious with so many things around me. And now that I am already grown-up, I have brought with me the attitude of always asking. Well, Im just curious about things which I do not know. Like what others tell, it is better to ask than pretend as if you know everything. There veen comes a time, that my father and boyfriend seems not deaf hearing much questions from me. LOL! What about you? How often do you ask questions?

Resently I don't have to ask because most of my friends come to me and tell me everything that happens to them.It is nice I am the person they rely on and I really used to be curious about everything in life but after so many things I have heard I just prefer to stay alone sometimes.

Hi, engrdng06! I ask questions incessantly, and it's been many, many years since I was young. I think that one of the reasons some people let really old is that they forget to exercise their natural curiosity...

I agree with you. my father always tell us, with my siblings, that people who let them grow so old are people who dont have mental exercise.Being curious with so many things makes you feel and think younger.

though i know it is better to ask than pretend as we know everything.but i don't like to ask questions since i was a child.i love to find the answers of the questions through the books by myself.one side,i was too shy to ask my mother.the other side,my mom don't have enough time to answer to me.i learned to find answers by myself and now i am good at solve problems myself.

If you are too shy to ask things out, then I guess you are having a hard time expressing yourselve. There is nothing wrong with asking as long as youre putting it on a proper situation. There are times that you can have the answer but you cant have it all the time and you will be needing the help of others.

Asking questions generally is a way to gain knowledge. Very many things are still hidden to us just because we couldn't find the right question to ask. Of course when we are growing up, we ask a lot of questions to other people around, but there comes a time when the ones that are around us can not give us an answer. Does it have to mean that the questioning has to stop? Not at all. Keep questioning things and don't take anything for granted... the quality of the knowledge you gain depends only of the logical validity of the answers you get from others or from yourself. I prefer the latter after a certain point.

I, myself believe that a person who asks lots of questions knows much being compared to someone who simply observes and keep all the questions all himself. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I have a curious nature too, and I want to know the reason for things, so I always ask when I don't know something, so I can adquire new knowledge. Also, when I want to know different points of view. It's better to ask when you don't know something, as you said.

I always ask question. I'm a type who treasure knowledge and always curious on thinks around me even when I was young. Before I reach seven I already read all the books in our house. Question some times lead to more questions. And what we all have is just questions. But sometimes in a quite place. In silence. Theirs also a lot of whispering questions. Its wonderful. .

i too love asking questions. i think it's one of the easiest way to improve knowledge because sometimes things read from a book can be forgotten but those heard from someone are remembered. But answering questions is equally important because it shows one's confidence and capability to share knowledge.

I often ask questions specially when i dont know whats going on or if i dont understand the situation. People tend to make mistakes when they dont ask questions specially if they dont know what to do. It wont hurt at all if we ask something that we dont understand. Its better to ask tha to pretend to know something that we really dont know at all . ;)

How often do I ask questions? a lot!!! Well, asking questions has been my habit. I can relate to your childhood story. I love to ask people and I love to hear stories. I am fund of writing. Therefore,I am fund of asking people their ideas so I could create better ideas. It's advantageous to ask people questions regarding a situation so that you would know how to balance the situation. There are times when I'm not satisfied with the answer to my question,I would repeat the question again and again until I'm satisfied. I guess my case is worse. lols. ;)

You should be proud you are, then consider yourself smart. If you are fond of doing so, then I guess we're somewhat similar. LOL!

the question of other forum members that left unresolved is to be re-ask to another member to another forum and take a note of the reply comments, while selecting the best answer and that is it....
