are my laptop broken?

I suggest you format your laptop to remove all the virus you accumulated, after you install the os, install also an updated antivirus. always check the program you install for viruses and malware. If this does'nt work check your hardware you may have a defective memory. if by any chance you don't know how to check your laptop for defect, I suggest you call a technician or buy a new laptop.

I think there are many virus in it. You can't install because the virus take over. All you need to do is reformat the laptop. If you don't know, have some software or technician.

Try Reformating your OS to see if it still like that . If still like that , Check out if the RAM is detected in your bios . if all that done and problem persist then i think it is time to change a laptop(motherboard).
