I found many people in my office look at the PC screen for a whole day and never relax their eyes. For me, I just can't wait for a seconde to look at the blue sky or green trees if I have stared at the screen for 1 hour. We know that there are more poeople putting on glasses than ever and the age tends to be younger. My younger brother who is only 5 years can not live without a pair of glasses now. Some kids are even born of short sight maybe because their parents have eye illness. So free your eyes hour by hour not only for the sake of your health but also for the next generation.
