Foster Parents

I am fostering a small boy for the first time. I am not being paid as a foster carer though because I am not registered but I am going through the state foster system, in other words they are just using me. The little boy was in a totally inapropriate and unhappy foster home (who was being paid) and he was dirty, hungry and neglected. Hes the sweetest little thing on earth, I am repaid ten fold every night when he says his prayers and thanks God for sending me to come and get him. He told me on the first night he slept here, he was a thousand times scared at the other house, but now he is none times scared.
