Have you ever taken loyalty test of your partner.....???

Actually relation should be based on faith and respect. Suspicion kill any relation. And the relation of love is composition of heart. It is not a chemical composition of lavatory that need to be tasted. If any relation need to be tasted or gone under suspicion then I think that is the end of the relation. Relation dwells in heart and we need not cut out the heart to see whether there is love for me? I think if my partner is not loyal then it is my misery and I deserve it so that is offered to me. I am such a person that if my friend gift me poison as gift. I would like to be die with smiling face eating that gifted poison.

In all honesty if I do (or have to) consider that, there must be something completely wrong. Either with me, the relationship, or my choice of partner. Why would I be with someone whom I don't love and trust enough to not need something like that? And if there is a doubt, bring it up in a honest conversation, you'll know more after that - no matter if you got an honest answer or not, only by the way the conversation was.
