Does the life hae any sense/meaning, if there is nobody to share it with?

Hello my friends from all over the world!
I know that the members of that site are from all the age- there are teenagers here, there are some older ones, and there are also some people, who are already grandparents. But I guess and hope we all have families- parents, brothers and sisters, friends, partners.
But what would it be, if we were alone? Does the life then have any sense to you, if there were nobody to share it with you?

People need to share affection with each other.Families,close friends or all the connections we have are of great importance.We can't live without these connections.We were born to give birth.To give birth,you must love and express your feelings to someone else.This is the meaning of the life.If there were nobody,personally I would kill myself.

yes, my friend! you are totally right and I must agree with you, because we are actually born on this world to find the person who is born to find us, and we must make relationship in order to have kids and to feel alive, because kids and relationships- friends, family, are the things that make us enjoy life!

hell0! yeah, I have read that saying before and it is really very proper for this discussion because we all are made to meet new people all the time and to have contacts with them, because this is the meaning of life!

I don't think there's any sense in Living if there's nobody I can share it with. We are living in love, if there's no one to love and to love us, we can't live. I believe in the saying "No man is an island". That's what I say.

yeah, you are totally right saphrina! it is really hard to go alone through life alone and if some one tries then he/she won't stand on it too long I think :)

Hey phoenix! I would hope that no matter who you are or who
you have in your life it would still be meaningful no matter
what! I have no children, no husband, my brother is deceased,
my mom is 80 years old and I still have alot of wonderful
friends in my life so I am not alone! I have a boyfriend, at
the moment, at least, but we are having problems. And if he
leaves me I will still have my friends and I will still have the
joys of just being alive! You have to be happy with yourself
before you can be happy with anyone else! That is something
that you learn as you get older! Life still has meaning no
matter what! You always have a reason to wake up in the morning!
I have two sweet cats that depend of me! That alone is a reason
to live!

Yeah, there is always something that can give you reason to wake up in the morning and these are your friends, but what if we don't have anybody, if we even don't have friends?what if we are something like hermits? then i think the life wouldn't have such a meaning, at least for me :)
But I really like your point of view and i am agree with it

It's hard to live alone and nobody wants to be alone. Your life is nothing if you dont have someone who could share it with. I am happy and thankful that I will be having a baby soon and it means that though my boyfriend will leave me, I still have someone that could be with me for the rest of my life.

hell0! well, you are really a lucky woman with your pregnancy because there is nothing happier and pleasant than that to give a birth, to bring the new life on the Earth and i can only wish you GOOD LUCK and a lot of fun with the baby

i think being social make us human. i think with out being social we cant be like that as we are today. even we could not have clothes for us and even no guarantee of the survival of human species with out being with each other. i think the language make us human, the most wise animal on earth.

yeah, the language is definitely that thing, which makes us different from all other animals, and it also help us to find some partner and to share our life with him/her, because it is much easier to share the life with someone who understands you, than to share it with someone, who doesn't know what are you talking about :)

Sometimes, it would seem if there was nobody around that life would not be worth living. I live alone and have no children and sometimes it seems like I just exist. I do have some close friends, and my mother is still alive but I don't see her much. Things always seem better if you wait awhile. Maybe you will make a new friend!

yeah, time is the reason why we all wait, but sometimes, when we are too old and still alone, we just realize that this waiting was in vain and we feel really scrolled!

Of course it will not be that meaningful if theres no one to share with, but you have to know its not constant to make all true and through to have somebody you want to share the meaning of life,It takes time to have someone beside you to understand your feelings and everything in you..Theres a perfect time for everything, theres is always be a purpose for each life we had at present and what we are to have in the future.A perfect time for a perfect reason and wait patiently for it.

yeah, I guess there is the perfect time for everything but sometimes it just comes too late and the life is already gone, the sparkle is not that bright as it was :)
but I will definitely wait for that moment and only hope it will come soon
