By the time you are 18, you should have finished most of your growing and there is really nothing you can do about your height apart from wearing shoes that will give you an inch or so. Girls can do this more acceptably than boys. It's probably time to realise that you will always be the height you are, learn to hold your back and shoulders straight and not to lift your face when you speak to people ... lift your eyes instead. You don't have a height problem, actually: you have a problem with how you perceive yourself. Just remember that most of it is in your mind. You are no less of a person because some other people are taller than you, in fact, most 'smaller' people I know are MUCH more fun to be with than the taller ones!

Try not to just accept it. Try to rejoice in it. Look for all the benefits of being who you are (regardless of your height). Think: You are CONCENTRATED goodness! Small IS beautiful ; 'The way to a man's heart is through his stomach' ... uh-huh, YOU don't have to bend down to talk to it . There are thousands of crazy reasons for celebrating being small but the best of them all is that you are YOU

Drinking milk is certainly good for bones but it won't make you taller! By the time most people are 18, they have done nearly all the growing they are going to do (height-wise). You may gain another half inch or so but that is it.

I know an exercise which could increase your height a little bit. This works out till some eighteen or nineteen years of age.Try to stand on your toes for 5 minutes in the mornings and in the evenings. This is exercise which you will find in YOGA. Don't expect miracles but sure it helps a little bit to increase your height in addition to the supplements you are taking. Also try to do push ups .

Don't bother listening to people who think they can give you 'remedies' there is nothing that is going to make you taller at 18 other than natural growth - I believe we can still grow until aged 21, so there is a little hope, but by and large, you would be better accepting your height and forgiving yourself for not being a bit taller...

I've heard that people continue growing until 21, some sources even state that 27 is the age when the growth stops. I don't know, which statement is correct. I think you should try drinking milk, perhaps eating some vitamins too. I've also heard about the surgical solution for this problem: the doctors break your legs and then keep the broken parts away from each-other, so there will be an extra length added to your legs while healing that bone fracture. But I don't think it's a good idea because it takes a lot of time to heal the broken legs.

growth will stop at the age of 21 so if your still below that then expect that theres more to come. though height is also due to genes, like if you mother nor father are tall then theres a possibility that your tall also but if none of them that are tall and checking their family background then dont expect to be tall as maybe thats all the height that you can have no matter how many milk you will drink.

Researches say that a person can grow taller till 21 for girls and 25 for boys. However, there are supplements and exercises and therapy that can make you taller at any age. Try looking at the web, there are lots of articles and sites for growing taller, but you should know that it costs something and there could be some complications as you grow older. To be safe, just eat a well balanced, increase your Vitamin A and D and exercise more.
