Lol.. I kind of said the same thing too. If they started to charge a fee I would no longer fool with this site either. It is good to know that they will not be charging their members. I am no longer on there because I deleted my account a few weeks back. It is no longer an active account. I got bored with facebook. I enjoy myLot so much better.

I don't why there are people with "I will not be on facebook if they start to charge" statuses and groups despite the obvious announcement from the facebook staff. Facebook have million subscribers so they definitely wouldn't charge all of us who used the site and also I doubt they gonna pay the people who used their site like mylot

jugsjugs, Well, I am sure with your time spent online and experience, you would have realized just how these rumors thrive through SPAMS and what not. So, you should not be believing everything off the hand without checking out the facts. People may say what they like, but it will be pathetic to fall for them. ive heard that rumor of them charging for over a year and snopes has it as false and they themselves have said its false.. heck i wouldnt pay for something that didnt work half the time!

It is all scam. Facebook knew that if they will charge the users then out of 100%, 40% users cant pay and they will leave the facebook. If they done that then the facebook will be down. If they done so then also many indian users cant pay i knew that.

I think that it would be a BIG mistake if they started to charge a fee. They will use all of their members. I use facebook all day about five days a week but if they started charging a fee I wouldn't use it. it isn't that important to me. I just like to keep in contact with my friends and family and play the games :)

i still do not believe facebook will be charging its members certain fees for using their site. but i guess, if it comes, i will be one who will move out or delete my account there, as i find no income in facebook, which where i can get certain amount to pay them in return.

I'm glad they're not going to charge after all, too. I enjoy it so much. I would leave it and I'm sure other people would, too, if they ever start charging. I can't afford any more bills. Kathy.

Hi Jugs, I have not receive any notification yet about facebook's plan of charging. if that will happen, i will be one of those who will delete my facebook account. no way for charges.
