friends iwant to promote a link for free on internet but i don't know which sites or software help me to do this task . if you had any suggestions please tell me

there are so many ways to place it! Go to forums and post it, make sure this is related with the topic, because they will delete it. Or you can make video and post it in youtube. Hope this can help you..

you can post it in a forum using the [URL] command embedded on each forum sites.
or you can post it in your blog site or banners

Youtube is a good site? But you need to have a few followers before making one.
