Something always gets into the way...

Hi dolce, The beauty of mylot is that you can always come on here whenever you want, it is always here, also your friends maybe still around like I am, no matter how long you are away from mylot, it don't matter as long as you come back and say hello to us. Tamara

hello dolce, you can always come back whenever you wanted to. not just you but almost every regular mylotter has they're own way of doing important things in they're real life. we understand you dolce so don't worry about it. how ever things has changed a bit here. some new people and then new features or glitches that are being fixed. i myself involved in promoting a politician this coming Presidential Elections XD

Same here. I really got no time to take long hours at mylot. I am on my schooling (work related) and at the same time working. Lots of work. Have to go to seminar sites in one area then on April 4-7 to another area. Its too taxing, thou enjoyable. Meeting other people and being with them, we are like kids on our class.

I am sorry you've not got time to come here as often as you'd like. I hope you can somehow balance your schedule in the weeks to come so as to be able to fit in time to mylot. Mylot is really an addicting site and if I am away from it for too long I too start to miss it!

Don't worry about it, dolce, and don't give yourself pressure. Attend to your priorities first. You can always drop by when you are not so tied up with your work.

occasionally, this also happens to me. i use some time of my vacant hours to study, after that i would like to chill by surfing the net. i tried to post some discussion on mylot but I'm too tired to think for any topics or if even only i have to reply. sometimes too tried and sleepy,i cant open my computer.

I'm sorry you have not been able to post here. On the other hand, you must have a life! Maybe if I were more active outside of my apartment and doctor appointments I would be on mylot less too.

I think what you're dealing with is very common. It happens to me as well. What I try to do is spend a little quality time on myLot. Sometimes it may only be 10 minutes or so. Other times I can be on longer but I at least try to stay consistent with short blocks of time. Maybe you can buy out 10 or 15 minutes at a time and see where it goes.

Oh I know how you feel, I guess it's that way when something is not a priority or if there's no quota for such (mylot). I have always tried to set a quota for me, like to at least earn $1 per day here, but it seems that whenever I want to start on it, either I find myself not having the time to do mylot or worst, having the time but not having the mood to respond or simply cannot post anything because my mind goes blank! Anyhow, don't worry about it, we'll soon get our grooves back. But in the mean time, at least you're at it again.

i feel the same sometimes. but i still find more time to get online. even if i have to take the netbook with me on the bed. i still have much more important things to do in the office. but when it is time or there is a due date in the work, i take some rest posting until i get finished with the work.

This happens to me ALL the time. I just tend to get sidetracked with all the other things going on. And usually by the time I finish I am completely exhausted and cannot stay awake any longer to mylot. It sucks I wish I could figure a way to be more active.

Hi dolce! Just glad that you had a minute to let us know that your ok! Sometimes that good enough! I know how busy you are with work and so do most of your friends! That happens to me alot of times too. The first thing I pull up is my mail. From there I check on mylot responses -- then I log in from there. While mylot is busy loading -- I pull up some of the sites I'm working on. And when this happens, sometimes forget about mylot. =)

It happens to me as well. I'm just graduation this next month and so assignments and quizzes and exams and other whatnot used to creep up on me and disturb me from going online here and chatting. Hopefully, that won't be the case now that I've been having some free time--- though the time is short. After graduation comes review for the upcoming Local Board Exams and by then I don't know if I'll still be able to do what I am able to do now. Oh, I just wish I could have a lot of free time and post all day here!

That happens to me as well. I'm accessing myLot during my free time, mostly here in the workplace. And sometimes I have deadlines to catch. When I get home I have to attend to the baby. After that I'm all tired to log in and read sometimes. I couldn't visit myLot for days. That's why when I have lots of free time in the morning, I make sure to include myLot in my to-do list.
