Being teased by someone according to your physical appearance is not cool. Especially when there's negative words uttered. True enough, people will always criticize no matter how sexy you are or not.
I have friends who are so thin and i also have friends who measures over.
They both have same problems most of the time. How to be physically fit.
What do you think now?
Is it harder to gain weight or lose?

Hi, ginoduds. I think that it is harder to lose weight than it is to gain weight. Losing weight takes patience, determination, persistence and motivation to avoid the temptation of foods that have a high level of fat and calories. Other issues like exercising and sticking with it, can be a problem if it is not applied correctly.

hello there fella.
I think it depends on the metabolism of one person. I know people who have fast metabolism that makes them hard to gain weight, and I also know someone who has a very slow metabolism so she gets so fat for a small amount of food and is having trouble losing weight. For me right now, i find losing weight hard, grr than before. I used to lose weight fast, anytime i want, but now it seems so hard. :)

Whoah! your posting huh ;) i like that i think gaining or losing weight depends on your genetic structure, like there are people who are dying to lose weight and there are those who simply wont gain weight. If your metabolism is pretty high tendency even if your eating alot you wont get fat, but if your the lazy type and eats alot im pretty certain you will be fat. ;) as simple as that

the rate of my metabolism changed, beofre i had no problems in gaining/losing weight, i was pretty inactive back then, i was only busy sitting in school.. now that i had to go to work, my rates gone pretty faster, its not that i have parasites or have a hyperthyroidism in me but have had been having a hard time in gaining weight (i eat 3 heavy meals each day, excludes snacks), now im 10lbs lighter than of my average weight..
