is anyone having problems with neobux? need help and not getting any from them!

Hi everyone I am trying to register a account with neobux and it won't take the number they gave me. I tried to contact the customer service and it came back saying I have to send a support ticket. How can I send a ticket when I can't even get the account opened! I would like to know if you have had any of these problems and how did you fix them. I signed up with a few other PTC sites and had no problem and have hit payout on all of them on my first day. If anyone can give me info on how to contact them where I will actually get some results that would be great. I keep hearing how great this site is and so far I am not impressed. Can't wait to see how many more problems are going to arise with them. Thank You
