Games based on anime...

I was wondering if anyone out there buys those games that are based on anime series, like the Naruto and Dragonball games. It's good for collecting and everything but does anyone actually enjoy playing any of those games? They are almost as bad as those games based on movies. I can't really recall actually liking any of those that I've played. The most decent one was one of those Dragonball Z Budokai games. So, are there any who play these games based on anime? And if you do, can you recommend some really good one? I'd like to add them to my collection.

If you're gonna ask for a recommendation, there are lots of them....almost all animes have their own video games but i'm not quite sure which one is worth to play. And I myself don't play much games. So what i'm going to recommend you are games based on animes that has a good plot or an overall good anime (based from what everyone thinks...). So without further ado. here's the list: Astro Boy (PlayStation 2) Bleach GC (Nintendo GameCube) Bleach: Blade Battlers (PlayStation 2) Bleach: Shattered Blade (Nintendo Wii) Bleach: The 3rd Phantom (Nintendo DS) Code Geass Hangyaku no Lelouch (Nintendo DS) Code Geass - Hangyaku no Lelouch R2 - Banjou no Geass Gekijou (Nintendo DS) Cowboy Bebop (PlayStation game) Cowboy Bebop (PlayStation 2 game) D.N. Angel: Crimson Wings (PlayStation 2) Doraemon (I wonder if you still like to play this kind of game...) Fullmetal Alchemist: Dual Sympathy (Nintendo DS) Fullmetal Alchemist 3 (PlayStation 2) Fairy Tail Far Far Adventure (DS) All games of Gundam " " Inuyasha " " One Piece Lupin III: Treasure of the Sorcerer King (PlayStation 2) Ouran High School Host Club games

Thanks, that's quite a list there. Unfortunately good anime doesn't necessary mean good games. I'm somewhat familiar with a few of the titles you mentioned and the gameplay wasn't too bad either. I'm going to have to check up on these titles.

Actually.. a lot of the anime today have games (WII, DS or PSP). However, there are some anime which are from games.. examples are Hakuouki and Sengoku BASARA. I'm not much of a gamer but I heard that Sengoku BASARA is quite good.

That's great. What are some of the other games that you play and are they any good?
