Well, my brother works in call center. He always feels happy about his team, infact thats his world. He goes out with them every weekends and his team lead is so nice person. He likes the team who are very friendly, competitive and they have won the best team of 2009! Do any one work in call center, feel the same?

Hello. I remember my wonderful call center life. Working at night, having some coffee from Starbucks or coffee bean every pay day and having some coffee from the vendo during my poor days. Lol. I remember how great my previous teams and leaders were. I've always been blessed with good team leads. All of them were very good in terms of the details of the job and I like how people relationship skills too. Whatever I have and wherever I am now, I owe so much to them.

hello besthope,i was once a call center agent,my 1st team leader is the best, she's so cool, supports her team, the reason that we are doing our best to be no.1 & get the incentives like free pizza, free tickets to a movie, high budget for our team building but it all change when our team lead was replaced by a new one,the reason why almost all of us left our job,he is self centered,no concern to his team.He only thinks of himself & his statistics,he's not motivating at all.If we have to work overtime,he will not apply for our overtime pay as according to him,he's not being paid when he stays with us & he knows how to play with the management, coz they won't listen to us.Anyway it was such a bad experience working with him,all of us got sick of him that leads to our resignation, the whole team!

I worked in a call center until last year. Since our group was big, we had 3 team leaders. They were all friendly and fun to be around. We did get together outside of work quite a lot. I still get together with them for parties and holidays even though I don't work with them anymore.
