We know all cooking is just easy as 1,2,3 but cleaning after cooking is more harder than cooking. When we are chopping onions the smell of the it leaves in our hands. Onions make your food smell delicious but they make your hand smell yucky. The best way to rid your finger of their scent is first, dab them in a bowl of vinegar. Vinegar far overpowers the smell of onions, and it is much easier to wash out when you are done. The vinegar from your fingers even adds an interesting sharpness to the taste of the onions.
Can you give me some of your cooking tips?

i keep my onions in the refrigerator all the time, it keeps them from growing sprouts like when they lay down at the bottom of the cobbord. I love onions and we use at least 2 bags or more a month, my husband is cajun and they add them to almost every dish.
