for me its good, because so that system developers could trace the limitation of their system..

Yes if its used for good and knowledge stuffs it isnt bad. But if its misused then its totally bad habit.

I think there is good and bad hackers. Good hackers tends to experiment to get new ideas while bad hackers steal your account or credit card.
