My boss oh my boss

it is a bummer to have to work for other people. i think it is better to just be your own boss and be self employed. it is much less stressful and you dont have to deal so much with so many problems and you can work in the comfort of your own home.

someone says to me before that a boss is human indeed.LOL. They have their own character, ability, style, background and everything exactly the same as a normal human being. Which is they also have childish-side just like everybody else does. To me i dont really care about it, what i really care is how to behave and treat him as a boss the way we'd all loved to be treated to.

My husband's boss is greedy as a matter of fact. My husband is only allowed to work three hours a day and the last few days my husband went into work at 3:30PM and at 5:00PM his boss comes in and says "You're still here!" very sarcastically. He has also accused my husband of lying about his hours so he can get paid more. He has tried twice to cheat my husband out of pay and has fudged his time sheet. Luckily, my husband makes a copy of his time sheet and we keep them all. His boss claims it is an over sight, but my husband and I know it is not. It has been done on purpose. My husband has saved his bacon twice. His old supervisor had up and quit and my husband had gone from being part-time to being full-time. My husband got no compensation for it (no raise and no Overtime pay). Then four months later the owner hired someone else full-time and told my husband at a work meeting in front of everybody instead of telling my husband one on one. Then they rehired the same man who up and left with no warning. He lasted another three months then my husband had to fill in again for another five months. My husband thought great now I will have this position permanently, well my husband was wrong. They brought in the same guy who has been there for a year now. The guy who is in now is so full of himself and treats my husband like a child. My husband has 19 years experience while this guy has five years.

Before, I had a boss and everything really went bad because of behavior towards his worker. So, now I choose to the boss of my own. i work as internet marketer and it's really find because anytime I am free whatever I want to do. :P
