I going travelling in January

You could get an airline ticket around the world for around £1000. I suggest that you might wish to include Australia and New Zealand on your trip. You might want to go to Africa or Asia either on the way out or the way back. You will probably want to go to America or Canada. Some countries are cheaper than others and on a backpacker budget an around the world trip can be done quite cheaply. You could travel London to Los Angeles to the Cook Islands to Fiji to Auckland to Sydney to Hong Kong to London. If you did that you could stay in backpacker hostels. You might be able to get a working holiday visa for Australia or New Zealand if you find you haven't a lot of money for your trip. Good luck planning your trip.

i dont know about the budget but if u are going to Asia.you have to visit Malaysia.a great place with full of great people and superb food.If you are looking for city like experience,we have Kuala Lumpur.If you are looking for beach,we have many great islands.We also have many hill and mountains for trekking.Easier said,it is a great place for tourist. =)
