What is best you think? exchange deal or ref back offers? if ref back offers, what side you like to be the one who is giving ref back offer or the one signing up for the offer?

I like signing on signing offer. That is ref back offer. I usually promote my referral links through this only.

i did try giving ref back offers but i don't get ref from it.. how many do you get from that method, and how do you do it? any tips?
