Will you please tell me how to register on paypal and alertpay? Is there any cost to register them? Where can i find all the detail about them?

You could register your paypal account through your email account, the process of which is quite easy. With regard to the cost, if you just register a basic personal account, it costs you nothing. When you transfer the money from your paypal account to your bank account, paypal would charge you some fees, which depends on the country where the bank locates.

since mylot pays via paypal, better to have a paypal account. registration and signup is absolutely free. however you need to be a verified paypal member before you can transfer your paypal money to your bank account

There is no cost to sign up. I know that mylot uses paypal. Paypal is legitimate and safe. I have been a member for a while now and have never had any problems with them. Paypal will ask you for your bank account information and it is okay to put the information in there because nobody will have access to it. After your account is accepted it will make small deposits of 2 cents to make sure that the account is active.
