Herbal Medicines...Do You Use Frequently????

I often used herbal medicines than synthetic one. I feel confident when I used herb medicines but sometimes combination of both.I have to classify which herbal medicines is applicable to what I am complaining either migraine,knee joint pain, stomach pain, skin rash etc. If nothing happens then I resort to treat it and diagnose by my doctor.But more on herbs.

Actually I like neither herbal medicine nor the common medicine. I believe all the medicine are harmful to human bodies. later I changed my opinion after I noticed my sister cured her rhinitis using 'garlic'. It is such amazing, she doesn't fell her nose stuffy anymore! but I have to admit different people have different effect even taking the same medicine.

Depend on what kind of herbal medicine yea not any leaf from the jungle but herbal medicine from a certified doctor yea .

For your information, 20 years ago, I don't know and just left the herbal medicines to the old folks. In early 2000, a friend came to my house and begging me to follow her to a seminar in town. As a friend, I do not want to hurts her feeling, I went with her and do you know what happen? I just woke up from a long dream and finally I know what to do with my family health. It took 3 years to learned about my CNS(Central Nervous System) and what about natures. My friends and I made a group of discussion and learned how to help other human being with the herbal medicines. I make it my duty to help the one that come to me to understand themselves and what they should do. The choices are for them to choose. The herbal medicines is the best for my family.

Herbal medicines, oh for me is the most effective perhaps and no side effects too, just in truth the availability in certain places finds me a little difficulty to secure but if all the while available i was indeed using them, till i finish all the plant, i remember a very good herbal medicine for growing hair is this cactus like plant called ''sabila'' oh everytime before i go to bath i always see to eat i spread them all over my scalp and let it for some time and wash them in my bath and find this very good, one thing too when i have problems in my throat always i boil ginger in water and let it cool and then drink it with few amount of sugar and ohhhhhh is very good in the body, called ginger ale. These are few things really i can mention here but a lot i can share still since in my childhood i remember many kinds of herbal medicines which my grandmother let us take it orally or apply. I often hear people claiming that herbal medicines are better than the usual ones that we use. The problem about herbal medicines is that their availability in our place. Its pretty hard for us to find the right herbal medicines thats why we tend to go to those capsules or regular medicines instead.Same effect or maybe even better too ;)
