any one know what the meaning of the word i love you enough to let you go?

the word love for me could mean anything. its rather a general term. love brings joy to my life, it puts color to my world, a smile on my face, it gives me the reason to wake up everyday, love makes my life mere perfect to enjoy with. but sometimes love can be painful too, when it is not enough it could be hurting and when it is too much it can be killing... that's why sometimes we have to let go of that love. but letting go doesn't always mean you don't love anymore. you love that's why you let go, because you knew it would be the best for both of you. ~ i hope it made sense. i'm a bit heavenly when talking about love. anyway, happy mylotting!

i beleive it only applies to situatiations where keeping the other one next to you it s not for his best.. either is hurting him either it s limiting his possibilities very much... and yes if you really loves someone you must want what s best for him.. even if that means flying away from you.

This situation applies when,someone we love is not happy with the relationship. Forcing someone to stay becoz we love that someone,being selfish,in order to keep ourselves happy. Letting go is really one way of saying how much we love that someone. Sometimes,it need self sacrifice to prove how much we love someone. Self sacrifice gives happiness to others,and give ourselves happiness that is worth letting go. have a good day always

as i could understand the words. i think they just show the belief and trust in the love for you of the person who said these words. i think he wants to say only that he believes in his love that even if you go , you will be brought back because of love. so i think there is a purity.

What it means is you are laying off with the guy (as in divorce, gf/bf split up) because he does not love you that much, if the guy loves you, he is supposed not to go, but if he does not love you then he will go.
