If you cannot get it onto paper try speaking into a tape recorder and play it back to yourself.
Start by writing out notes rather than the final copy for your front page then arrange those notes into a sensible order.
These are just a couple of things that help me!
Good luck :)

I found that telling a story is easier then writing one. Ask a trusted friend to listen to what you are thinking of writing and record the converstaion. From there type EVERY thing out and then edit as needed.
I have a few books going right now and thats exactly how I have written what I have now.
GOOD LUCK!

get a blank sheet of real paper, pull out your real writing pen and don't think about front page and start scribbling those tiny bits of words and phrases you have thought of, in outline form. Keep on doing this until the end with a cup of coffee or tea in between, pause and look outside your window or go out for a while then go back to scribbling. wait til next day then read then see what happens. g'luck!

Hey, momma!
I advise my students just to jot down ideas - a word or two, not complete sentences - as they pop into their heads. After a while, they can look at all they've written, decide which ideas to run with and which to ignore, and create a fully developed story from there. It works quite well after a little practice!

Pretend you're having a conversation with someone and you're telling them something they need to know.

You are overthinking this. You are so afraid of getting it wrong you do not want to start. You have to just write anything down, bad ideas and spelling and all, and then later edit it, edit it, edit it. [Michael Angelo's David took a lot of sketches and chiseling to get a great statue.]
I have a voice recognition program, Dragon Speaking Naturally, that I use from time to time. You just dictate into the microphone and it writes the text out for you. If you have lots of prose to write this may be an option. It is quite expensive, but I bought mine at a deep discount when one of the electronic stores had a sale.
Writers block can be annoying but write anyway. Good luck.

just relax. It'll come to you the moment you begin to relax. Take deep breaths while you organize in your head what're you gonna write in the paper.

You know what to say... that means you are in the right direction, the only problem you have is that you cannot write it down on paper.
Well, I advised you to "keep on writing" write and write and write until you've written your exact thoughts.
The only way to overcome a writer's block is to continue writing.
