why do ferrets do theses things

Ferrets should not be fed veggies, or grapes. Maybe, doing a little research some food are toxic to them, and kill them. The ferret at the local shelter I volunteer at loves cat food, but she will only eat a little. The ferret does bite, this is from the lack of attention, and not being out of her cage enough.

Ferrets walk backwards when they are playing. It's normal. Ferrets do not bite unless they are being mistreated. NEVER hit your ferret. Not even a tap on the nose. Hitting ferrets will make them not trust you. If you hit your ferret, dont be surprised if they bite back harder. You have to teach them to trust you. Teach them that hands are only for cuddling, petting, and holding. The moment you hit your ferret, you teach them not to trust you, and it takes a long time for them to trust you again. ALSO - Veggies and grapes are NOT good for ferrets. Stick to feeding it ferret food. You are only doing your ferret harm when you give it grapes or vegtables.

Ferrets are really damn naughty pets. They are fun kind of pettyes and they make us laugh at their actions. Crawling backwards is normal in ferrets and it is not a unusual thing in mammals, even dogs do the same tak sometimes. They are attracted by your bare feet buddy, so they bite your feet haha. Usually ferrets bite bare feet lolz. It is silly but it is true and the pain is very much when they bite and the act is annoying kinda matter. In order to such things by them you need to treat them kindly, never scold them they act very seriously. If a person is more bitten by ferrets then he needs to take vaccine....
